In many cases delivery can be expected next business day. (some exceptions may apply, such as delivery location, time of day the order was placed, manufacturer related back-orders, weather delays, etc)

Please Note * that shipping disruptions may occasionally occur, creating longer than anticipated delivery times.

The majority of shipments are made via UPS courier, FedEX courier or Purolator courier. At times Canada Post or CanPar courier may be used.

Free shipping is available for delivery within Canada for all orders over $99 (before tax and after coupons have been applied). Shipping charges for orders under $99 will incur a $20 fee.

Free Shipping may not be available for delivery to the Territories (Yukon, NWT and Nunavut) or select remote locations. Market-established rural delivery fees may apply to your location. If applicable, please contact Customer Support at 1-888-887-8822.

After your order is packed and ready to ship, we will e-mail you your order tracking number.

If your package is damaged in transit, please bring this to the attention of your delivery agent at once and save all packaging material. Immediately contact VitePro, so that we may handle this matter with you.

In the case of an incorrect shipping address that has been provided by a customer which results in an unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the attempted delivery as well as shipping charges for the return delivery.

Very rarely do we experience a backorder on an item. If this is the case, we will notify you by e-mail and we will ship what we have in stock. The temporarily backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as we receive it, unless we hear from you otherwise.

If you have an unclaimed parcel that is returned to VitePro, you will incur a 30% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges.
