Wild Yam Complex from MediHerb contains Wild Yam, Black Cohosh, Shatavari, Korean Ginseng, St John’s Wort and Sage. The combination of herbs within MediHerb’s Wild Yam Complex, contains many compounds including several types of saponins (including ginsenosides), an essential oil (containing monoterpenes, including thujone), phenolic compounds (such as rosmarinic acid), naphthodianthrones hypericin and pseudohypericin, and flavonoids. Each tablet of Wild Yam Complex contains two herbs with standardised levels of key phytochemicals to ensure optimal strength and quality; 333 mcg of hypericin and 1.3 mg of total ginsenosides per tablet.

Wild Yam Complex from MediHerb is used to help relieve restlessness and/or nervousness (sedative and/or calmative). Wild Yam Complex is also used to help relieve the pain associated with menstruation. MediHerb’s Wild Yam Complex is used to help ease nervous tension as well as to help relieve premenstrual symptoms and relieve symptoms associated with menopause.
