Rather than retreating, you can stay engaged and connected in the present. • Managing worry, anxiety, or fear as part of everyday life.
• A tendency not to share your feelings and ‘silently sufferer’.
• When uncomfortable, you may blush or stumble over your words.
• Others may view you as shy, timid, nervous, sensitive, or reserved.
• Feeling emotionally hurt or let down by others, making it hard for you to trust.
• When things get hard you tend to emotionally retreat, isolating yourself from others and the outside world.
• Having trouble breathing when feeling anxiety, pressure, palpitations, tightness of the chest, constriction, or emotional oppression.
