Restoring your energy is important for building strength and inner resilience. Developing your inner strength will make it easier to stay focused and avoid distraction or be influenced by others. Increased resilience makes it easier to adjust and adapt during times of change and major transitions. By realizing your potential, you no longer have to pretend to be so strong but rather adapt and freely follow your own path in life.
