What Is It?
AdipoLean offers a standardized extract of Irvingia gabonensis, along with a unique combination of lychee and green tea extract produced by converting long-chain polyphenol polymers into shorter-chain monomers and polymers. AdipoLean can be used as part of a healthy weight management program, and supports healthy cholesterol and glucose levels.
Uses For Homocysteine Factors
Weight and Metabolic Management:
AdipoLean offers Irvingia gabonensis (African wild mango) to complement to a healthy lifestyle that incorporates a calorie-reduced diet and regular physical activity for individuals involved in a weight-management program. Ina 10-week, randomized, double-blind study involving 102 overweight subjects, supplementation with 300 mg of Irvingia gabonensis in divided doses promoted an average weight loss of 28 pounds, compared to 2.9 pounds in the placebo group (p<0.01), supporting healthy lean mass ratio and abdominal circumference.
Research suggests that Irvingia gabonensis produces metabolic balance and healthy adipocyte function by maintaining signalling of three key proteins: adiponectin, leptin and glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase. Studies indicate that Irvingia gabonensis targets fatty acid formation and glucose to fatty acid conversion by moderating glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase enzyme activity.
Additionally, it supports healthy leptin function to support satiety and fatty acid utilization. Research indicates that Irvingia gabonensis helps maintain healthy adiponectin expression, offering support for healthy glucose uptake and fat utilization. The seeds of Irvingia gabonensis contain a large amount of soluble fibre, which further supports healthy glucose levels by adding bulk in the digestive tract and delaying gastric emptying. Soluble fibre also supports healthy cholesterol levels by promoting the excretion of cholesterol in the form of bile acids.
The unique, clinically researched extract from green tea and lychee fruit is produced by converting long-chain polyphenol polymers into more bioavailable shorter-chain monomers and oligomers. This process increases the bioavailability of these polymers, allowing for enhanced antioxidant support.
What Is The Source?
African mango extract is derived from Irvingia gabonensisseed.
Green tea/lychee extract is derived from green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf and lychee (Litchi chinensis) fruit pericarp. Ascorbyl palmitate is derived from corn dextrose fermentation and palm oil.
AdipoLean offers WellTrim® iG (IGOB13®), a unique patented extract of Irvingia gabonensis, combined with Oligonol®, a lychee and green tea complex containing low molecular weight polyphenols for enhanced efficacy. WellTrim® targets adipogenesis via pathways involving PPAR gamma, leptin, adiponectin and glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase. In a 10-week, randomized, double-blind study involving 102 overweight subjects, supplementation with 300 mg IGOB131®, in divided doses, promoted an average weight loss of 28 pounds compared to 2.9 pounds in the placebo group (p<0.01), supporting healthy lean mass ratio and abdominal circumference. In addition, WellTrim® maintained healthy lipid and triglyceride metabolism to support cholesterol levels that are already within the normal range. The mechanisms of action for Oligonol® include support for healthy insulin function, adiponectin synthesis and lipolysis. In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 19 individuals, Oligonol® supported healthy visceral fat composition.
